"Look for other options!!"
The trophy I wanted was unavailable, so I settled for a smaller version, but they didn’t offer any refund for the difference. (I’ve asked about it.) The engraving was wrong on their part; they promised to fix it, but even with their assurances, it never got sorted out.
Would I suggest this place? Definitely not!!!

"Awesome Quality"
A couple of weeks back, I ordered a medal and was super impressed with how everything went. The site is super user-friendly, and my delivery showed up in less than a week. "Delivery Issues/Delayed Shipment"
I opted for the 1-2 day shipping, but here I am, four working days later, and still no package. I've shopped with you all before without any problems, so it's pretty frustrating to shell out extra cash and not have it show up when expected.
